My training program puts a focus on you as the individual and where you are today. We will meet you where you are and grow from there.
For athletes, I strive to maximize your individual results physically by focusing on SAQ (speed / agility / quickness) and power exercises with a workout program specific to the individual and his/her sport. Mentally, we will assess how to handle obstacles and challenges you may face going forward to continue on a path of success.
If you're not an athlete who focuses on specific sports, I will work with you to assess the foundation that we will build together so we can continue to build a thoughtful and honest future for you. We will establish your values and desired outcome so we can take the necessary steps towards the future you want.
